- Behind-the-scenes necessities: Four order slips to hang above the counter for the chef; a metal bell to ring when an order is up; a doll-sized fabric apron and paper hat printed with the diner’s name for cooks to wear behind the line; a serving tray dolls can carry and eight paper trays to hold food; four metal forks; and salt and pepper shakers.
